CRITICAL WARNING

Cheap Power Supplies Kill Expensive Electronics

A voltage spike of just 0.5V can destroy a 5G logic board or sensitive BMS. Our supplies feature hardware-level OVP (Over Voltage Protection) that cuts output in <50μs.

The Repair Bench Standard

The eTM-605MP is the only 60V supply designed specifically for high-density repair shops. It combines 300W of power with hardware-level safety, all in a chassis smaller than a multimeter.

Hardware OVP: Cuts power instantly if set voltage is exceeded.

Short Circuit Protection: Auto-recovery for rapid component testing.

USB Quick Charge: Dedicated port for powering mobile devices.

One-Button Presets: Switch between 4V (Phone), 12V (Tablet), 20V (Laptop) instantly.

Why Upgrade from 30V/48V to 60V?

Critical Headroom for 48V Systems

Standard 48V telecom and e-mobility batteries charge at 54.6V (Li-Ion) or 58.4V (LifePO4). Legacy 30V or 50V supplies physically cannot charge these systems. A 60V supply covers the entire modern voltage spectrum.

Future-Proof Driver Development

As industrial logic shifts from 12V/24V to higher efficiencies, avoiding the 60V safety limit is crucial. Our supplies allow you to test up to the limit without crossing into hazardous high-voltage territory (>60V DC).

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Repair, Variable, and Linear tiers?
Repair Tier: Compact units ($199-$399) for phone/laptop repair. Basic OVP protection.

Variable Tier: Programmable switching supplies ($599-$2,999) for R&D and production testing. High power (10A-100A), remote control.

Linear Tier: Ultra-low-noise linear regulators ($899-$3,999) for precision measurement and ATE. <350μVrms ripple.
Do I need 60V if I'm only testing 48V batteries?
Yes. 48V Li-Ion batteries charge at 54.6V, and LifePO4 at 58.4V. A 50V supply cannot fully charge these systems. You need at least 60V headroom for safe operation.
What does 'Hardware OVP' mean?
Over-Voltage Protection implemented in hardware (not software). If output voltage exceeds the set limit, a physical relay cuts power in <50μs—fast enough to protect sensitive 5G logic boards and BMS circuits from damage.
Can I use these for battery charging?
Our Variable and Linear tiers support CV/CC (Constant Voltage/Constant Current) mode, which is essential for safe battery charging. However, for production battery charging, we recommend dedicated BMS-integrated chargers. Our supplies are ideal for testing battery systems during R&D.
